[TV-L / TV-H] Tarifeinigung zur Übernahme der Tariferhöhung im NV Bühne
In der letzten Verhandlungsrunde mit dem Deutschen Bühnenverein konnten die Künstler*innengewerkschaften BFFS, GDBA, unisono und VdO endlich eine abschließende Einigung zur Übernahme des Ergebnisses im Tarifbereich TV-L/TV-H des öffentlichen Dienstes auch für den NV Bühne und den TVK erreichen.
Alle Gagen steigen rückwirkend ab April um 2,8%, mindestens jedoch um 100 €. Ab dem 01.03.2027 steigen sie um weitere 2,0% und ab dem 01.01.2028 noch um weitere 1,0%. Für den Tarifbereich TV-H werden diese Tariferhöhungen ebenfalls vollständig zu den genannten Zeitpunkten übernommen.
Die Einstiegsgage steigt damit rückwirkend ab April zunächst auf 3.175,00 EUR, die Mindestgage auf zunächst 3.385,00 EUR.
Erhöht sich die Theaterbetriebszulage an Standorten in einzelnen Tarifbereichen für Beschäftigte im TV-L, werden Verhandlungen über die sinngemäße Anpassung geführt.
In Hessen steigt die Theaterbetriebszulage ab 01.10.2026 um 37,00 EUR. Wir werden daher den Deutschen Bühnenverein zeitnah zu entsprechenden Verhandlungen auffordern.
Die nun gefundene Einigung steht allseits noch unter Gremienvorbehalt.

[TV-L / TV-H] Collective Bargaining Agreement on adopting pay increases in the NV Bühne
In the final round of negotiations with the German Stage Association, the artists' unions BFFS, GDBA, unisono and VdO finally reached a definitive agreement to adopt the terms of the public sector collective agreements TV-L/TV-H for the NV Bühne and the TVK as well.
All fees will increase retroactively by 2.8% as of April, with a minimum increase of €100. They will rise by a further 2.0% starting March 1, 2027, and by another 1.0% starting January 1, 2028. These pay increases will also be fully adopted for the TV-H sector on the same dates.
Consequently, the starting fee rises retroactively to €3,175.00 as of April, and the minimum fee to €3,385.00.
Should the theater operations allowance increase for TV-L employees at locations within specific collective bargaining areas, negotiations regarding a corresponding adjustment will be held.
In Hesse, the theater operations allowance will increase by €37.00 starting October 1, 2026. We will therefore promptly call upon the German Stage Association to enter into negotiations on this matter.
The agreement reached is still subject to final approval by the respective governing bodies of all parties involved.
